Den Sjunde Vågen is Marie Fredriksson's second solo album and it was recorded at EMI Studios in Stockholm between June and Sepetember 1985.
The album includes 10 songs but when it was released on CD the following bonus tracks were included:
Helig Man - This song was previously released as B-side on her single Den Bästa Dagen.
Skyll På Mej - This song was previously released as the B-side on her single Silver I Din Hand
