Rarities is a Roxette compilation album specially compiled by Per Gessle comprised of songs only previously released on singles.
The album was only supposed to be sold in South East Asia for three months as an extra promotion for the "Crash! Boom! Bang!" tour which took place in this part of the world at the time when the album was released.
The Malaysian issue of the CD, however, exported in large quantities to Europe and the album was later also released in South America.
Vulnerable, Fingertips '93, Dressed For Success, Fireworks and Spending My Time are remixed versions previously only available on singles and not included on any Roxette album.
The Sweet Hello, The Sad Goodbye, The Voice and One Is Such A Lonely Number were previously only available on singles and not included on any Roxette album.
Joyride, The Look, Dangerous (all from "MTV Unplugged") and Almost Unreal (Demo) were all released as extra songs on singles. These versions of the songs were previously not available on any Roxette album.
